Abstract

With the deep integration of digital technology, traditional approaches to ideological and political education in higher education curricula struggle to adapt to blended teaching models.Taking the"Introduction to Economics"course as the research object, this study constructs an indicator system based on the CIPP evaluation model to evaluate effectiveness across four dimensions:context, input, process, and product.A questionnaire survey method was employed to conduct empirical analysis on 159 students. The results show that teachers demonstrate active ideological and political teaching behaviors and frequently use digital teaching resources, among which cases and videos are the most popular teaching elements. The course achieves significant educational effectiveness, with the highest level of shaping in socialist core values education, and chapters closely related to real-world economics are more attractive to students. Accordingly, this paper proposes countermeasures from aspects such as strengthening cognitive education, optimizing digital resources, and enhancing the attractiveness of theoretical chapters, providing reference for the digital construction of ideological and political education in economics courses in higher education institutions.
