Abstract
New quality productive forces is an advanced type of productivity generated by technological innovation, and the construction of an industry-education integration community is a key step in collaborative innovation and talent cultivation by multiple entities. New quality productive forces drives vocational education to optimize talent cultivation, and the construction of an industry-education integration community provides talent support, promoting industrial transformation. However, the current construction of vocational education industry-education integration communities faces difficulties such as misalignment in the pre-steps of talent cultivation, unequal distribution of benefits in school-enterprise cooperation, and inefficient allocation of technological innovation resources. To address these issues, it is necessary to target goals to optimize talent cultivation, strengthen mechanisms to promote coordination among entities, and build platforms to optimize resource allocation, thereby advancing the development of vocational education industry-education integration communities, supporting the enhancement of new quality productive forces, and providing backing for high-quality economic development.
